Colorado has spent $61 million to set up its ObamaCare Exchanges. Colorado is now asking you for $125 million more.
And California law does not even require full disclosure of how much it is spending.
UPDATE [HGS]: To go along with the Centennial State's Exchange woes, and the Golden State's lax "enforcement" rules, we have this from Ms Kathleen's little fiefdom:
"States have until [today] to decide whether they want to keep their state-run Pre-existing Condition Insurance Plan (PCIP) programs running or kill the programs and put the enrollees in the hands of the federal PCIP system."
Here's the thing: we reported a while back that the PCIP program had already wound down, so how is it that it's still thrashing about?
